REAPUT VENDOR POLICIES
Welcome to Reaput, an Online Travel Agency (OTA) connecting travelers with trusted vendors for flights, car rentals, hotel and apartment accommodations, and vacation homes.
VENDOR'S ELIGIBILITY AND ONBOARDING
To ensure a seamless experience for both vendors and customers, we have established the following policies for vendors onboarding their services on Reaput. A vendor in this instance refers to any business, corporation, or individual seeking to offer products or services on the Reaput website.
Licenses & Compliance
•Vendors must be legally registered businesses with valid licenses/permits
•Must comply with all local, national, and international travel regulations
•Reaput reserves the right to approve or reject vendor applications
Pricing & Commission
•Default commission of 12% markup on all vendor prices
•Vendors set their own prices with Reaput's markup applied
•All mandatory charges must be disclosed upfront
BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCESS
Acceptance & Cancellation
12-Hour Cancellation Window
Upon vendor accepting a booking, customers have 12 hours to cancel. After this window, vendor receives payment.
Rejected Bookings
If vendor rejects booking, customer's payment is refunded to their voucher wallet.
Payouts & Refunds
Local Vendor Payouts
Instant payouts Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM WAT
Refund Processing
All refunds processed within 7-10 working days to customer's voucher wallet
TAXES & SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Tax Responsibilities
•Vendors are solely responsible for handling their own taxes
•Reaput remits VAT only on the markup portion
•Accurate business information must be provided
Service Listings
•All listings must be accurate and up-to-date
•Changes must be updated promptly to avoid disputes
•Promotions and discounts must be clearly displayed

CUSTOMER SERVICE & TERMINATION
Customer Service Standards
•Maintain high customer service standards
•Timely responses to inquiries and complaints
•Reaput mediates disputes between vendors and customers
•Refunds processed within 7-10 working days
Account Management
•Reaput may suspend/terminate accounts for policy violations
•Vendors may terminate with 30 days written notice
•Policies updated periodically with notification
•Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates
