How to delete your account

"The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Reaput mobile app."

  1. 1Open the Reaput App on your mobile device.
  2. 2Go to your Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
  3. 3Tap on Settings or Account Settings.
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
  5. 5Follow the prompts to confirm your identity and permanent deletion.

What happens next?

Immediate Processing: Once confirmed, your deletion request is processed immediately for security.

Permanent Removal: Your personal data, bookings, and wallet balance are permanently erased from our systems.

Booking Status: Any active bookings must be completed or cancelled before you can initiate deletion.

Regulatory Compliance: Certain financial records may be retained for legally required periods.

Can't access the app?

If you have lost access to your device, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team.

Request via Email

By deleting your account, you will lose access to all your rewards, loyalty points, and booking history. This action is catastrophic and cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period.
